Polyglyceryl-10 Myristate

What it is
This ester joins myristic acid to a ten-unit polyglycerin chain, giving a water-loving, non-ionic emulsifier. It is used in clear or lightly milky essences and in mild cleansing systems where a plant-derived emulsifier is preferred.
What it does well
Mild, plant-derived emulsification for light textures
Non-ionic polyglyceryl esters have a good skin-tolerance record and are used at low levels in leave-on products.
