Seventeen ingredients and no fragrance, which is unusually disciplined for a €1.95 novelty format. Hydrolysed collagen is seventh and the stable vitamin C derivative 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid ninth - both above the gelling agents, which is the right way round. The Euglena gracilis polysaccharide at ten is an algal sugar you rarely see declared.

How to use it

Peel the smaller lower-face piece from its backing and smooth it onto cleansed skin, then the larger upper piece. Leave 15 to 20 minutes, remove and wipe away any residue.
