Gesichtsmaske Feuchtigkeit Sofort-Effekt

Hydroxyethyl urea in fourth is the interesting entry - a humectant that behaves a little like glycerin without the tack, and rarely seen this high. Witch hazel water is seventh and avocado oil ninth. The list turns alphabetical from the nineteenth entry, and it ends on two colourants - a blue and a yellow - which is where the cream's colour comes from.
What stands out in the list
Worked out from the ingredients, not the packaging claims.
Contains fragrance
Listed as Parfum/Fragrance, which can stand for dozens of undisclosed aroma chemicals. Fragrance is one of the most common causes of cosmetic contact allergy.
Contains drying alcohol
Alcohol appears at position 19, well down the list, so the amount is likely small.
2 concentration-capped ingredients
EU law sets a maximum for Sodium Hydroxide, CI 42090. Products on sale in the EU must comply.
Nothing flagged for pregnancy
No ingredient on this list is one our encyclopaedia marks as avoided or used with caution in pregnancy. That is not the same as a clearance, so check with your midwife or doctor.
Barrier-supporting actives
Contains Panthenol, ingredients with reasonable evidence for calming and supporting the skin barrier.

- Well tolerated
- No meaningful concern for most people; irritation is possible but rare.
- Depends on you

- Worth knowing
- EU-restricted, a common contact allergen, or subject to live debate.
- Avoid
- Banned in EU cosmetics or credibly linked to serious harm.
- Not yet documented
- No encyclopaedia entry for this ingredient yet, so we make no claim about it.
