The pack declares its retinol as '10 ppb' - ten parts per billion, which is a rounding error rather than a dose - with retinal and bakuchiol beside it to round out the 'triple retinol synergy'. And ten separate hyaluronic-acid derivatives are strung together mid-list, which reads as formulation theatre. Note also that the BHA here is butylated hydroxyanisole, an antioxidant preservative, not a beta hydroxy acid. Niacinamide at fourth is the entry most likely to do something.
